Terms and conditions
Security Deposit
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit of the selected package fee is required to secure the date and time for all sessions.
- Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable to ensure exclusivity of the reserved date and time.
- Booking Timeframe: Sessions are typically scheduled within a maximum of 2 months in advance.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
- Reasons for Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permissible due to inclement weather, illness, or personal/family emergencies.
- Reschedule Limit: Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
- Expiration of Session Fee: Failure to reschedule within 3 months from the original booking date will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Photographer’s Cancellation: In the event of the photographer’s inability to perform due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be processed within 5 days.
Payment Procedures
- First Payment: The initial deposit is applied towards the total package cost.
- Second Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, allowing flexibility in finalizing the package selection.
Picture Delivery
- Delivery Timeline: Clients will receive a digital gallery of professionally edited images within 2 weeks from the session date.
- Gallery Expiry: Galleries will automatically expire after 30 days.
- Raw Files: Raw files are not included under any circumstances and remain the exclusive property of the photographer.
Copyrights
- Ownership: All images, whether in print or digital form, are copyrighted and retained by the photographer.
- Usage Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from reproducing images without a written print release.
- No Alterations: Images provided may not be cropped or altered in any manner without explicit permission.
